Gitera
The Elvin capitol. Built near the borders of the even territory, it's mainly used for war. Because of this, only the very rich or very powerful live here.

Shesar
Shika capitol.  One of the first cities to ban slavery.

Merganvas
Vampire capitol.  This is where most vampires, rich or poor live. It's protected by the ocean on one side and an impassible mountain ridge to the other, not to mention it's powerful ruler.

Larkmar
Aceri capitol.  Very few aceri live anywhere else but here. 
It is a giant underground city built next to an underground spring, which is rare in the desert.

Terngul
Human Capitol.  This is where most of the story takes place, and is one of the few places left in the world that allows slavery.

any.
