Commentary ^_^ That's Adriel. He's pretty. I don't actually know him very well, though... He's probably gonna appear in this chapter. :) You'll find out his relation to Tommy pretty soon. Least I think you will. And why he has feathers on his shoulders. The ice cream doesn't really have a purpose. It's just cute. I wonder if that's actually how tall Adriel is?
